Born out of a need for a local gathering spot in Downtown Belleville, The Local Social House offers inspired cuisine using local, fresh ingredients served in a vibrant, contemporary and welcoming setting. Our service is attentive and unpretentious. The food and experience keeps guests coming back again and again.

We are a group of friends, business people and dreamers that care deeply about our community. When we started, we wanted simply, a place of our own—a clubhouse to hang out with friends, family and business clients. What became was a passion project to revitalize a community. As ‘Locals’ we knew that this neighbourhood—in the city that we love—could be so much more. There have been laughs, tears, fights and struggles along the way. Through it all, we kept the faith and stuck together. This is the result of two years of effort. We are so proud, and so very ready to show you our city, our style and our vision.

LOCAL SOURCING
We are committed to sourcing locally. We proudly support our community and partner with local farms as much as possible. Of course, our local farmers are Canadian farmers too and many are part of the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef to promote continuous improvement across the food supply chain.
